As far as my background, I received my associate degree in visual communication from the Art Institute of Pittsburgh in 1980. After college I landed my first job in Beckley, West Virginia, working for Beckley Post Harold Newspapers as a graphic artist.

In 1983 I worked for a company named Quest National Center, in Columbus Ohio, as the layout artist. In 1984 I worked as a keyline artist for Menu Graphic, in Cleveland Ohio. Since 1985 I have been working for GTE/Verizon/Supermedia as the advertising artist. I am responsible for ad design in the yellow pages and other print media.

Since 1978 I’ve been drawing caricatures professionally doing festivals, Christmas parties, birthday parties, conventions, banquets, after-proms & other functions.
